The Challenge
The PCI Security Standards Council is the global consortium of payment card companies including American Express, MasterCard and Visa. In an extremely competitive market, they needed to hire cyber security professionals.
The Solution
We could have interviewed cyber security folks at PCI SSC about why they love their jobs, all the career advancement opportunities, etcetera etcetera. Yawn, right? Knowing that these folks tend to go in a big way for the Marvel Universe—and why not, cyber security folks are heroes too—we created Cyber Woman versus Hackman.
The Outcome
The video debuted at the organization’s annual conference, where its engaging and playful approach generated strong organic sharing within the cyber security community. This drove traffic to the newly launched PCI SSC job board which in turn led to new hires.
